CLIENT OVERVIEW

Sara Trophies is a trophy and award manufacturer based in India, delivering products nationwide and exporting globally. When they approached us, they wanted to build a strong online presence that clearly communicated what they do and gave their buyers a simple way to explore their products. They had no digital identity, no brand direction, and no clarity on how to present themselves online. Our job was to understand their business, their audience, and their long-term goals so we could build something meaningful, professional, and growth-focused.

THE PROBLEM

The client lacked a defined brand identity and had no functional website to showcase their products. They needed more reach, more catalogue downloads, and a reliable way to collect leads from potential buyers. Since many of their customers prefer bulk purchases, they also needed a setup that allowed serious buyers to contact them easily. Before working with us, they had no system to track catalogue downloads, no email automation to manage leads, and no structure to present their growing product categories.

PROJECT GOALS

Our main objective was to create a modern, responsive website that builds trust and encourages action. The client wanted more catalogue downloads, easier enquiries, and a professional identity that reflects their growing brand. The website needed to feel premium and visually aligned with trophies and awards, while the navigation needed to be clean and conversion-focused. We also wanted to set up a fully manageable backend so the client could upload new products, update content, and run the website without depending on a developer.

OUR APPROACH

We began with an in-depth discovery call to understand the client's requirements and challenges. After gathering all insights, we designed their entire brand identity — including a new logo created in Adobe Illustrator. The goal was to give them a modern, elegant look inspired by their parent brand, Sara Trading Corporation. Once the branding was finalized, we crafted a full UI/UX design in Figma, selecting a soft, premium color palette that subtly resembled trophy-like tones. For conversions, we placed a Request Catalog modal right in the hero section. Users enter their details, and the system automatically emails the catalogue, allowing the client to receive verified leads. We developed the website using Next.js, Tailwind, MongoDB, Node.js, and Express, and implemented email automation so every form submission triggers instant notifications for both the user and the client. We also built a complete admin dashboard where the client can upload new products, change text, update images, and manage content effortlessly.

RESULTS

The website has consistently attracted relevant traffic and ranks well for trophy and award-related keywords. The catalogue download feature has helped the client build a list of verified potential buyers, and they now receive regular enquiries through the contact forms. One of their first major bulk export clients discovered them directly through the website, which was a huge milestone for the business. The new brand identity, modern UI/UX design, clean copywriting, and strong backend system gave them a complete, scalable digital foundation — and the client was extremely happy with the results and ongoing support.
