ProjectPaints is a bulk paint wholesaler based in India, supplying branded paints to retailers, contractors, and large-scale buyers. When they approached us, they were looking to take their traditional wholesale business online and expand their reach through a strong digital presence. They needed a website that clearly communicated that they are *wholesalers*, not manufacturers, and one that made it easy for serious buyers to explore products and submit enquiries. Our goal was to understand their business model, wholesale structure, and the pain points of their buyers so we could craft a website that builds trust and drives conversions.
THE PROBLEM

OUR APPROACH
We began with detailed discovery sessions to understand their wholesale model, audience, and competitive landscape.
